The M100 RedAlert System is a 360 degree surveillance solution with “Slew to Cue” tactical camera technology. Featuring a central mounted 360 degree thermal sensor with azimuth at x 10 degree elevation field of view, and a motorized lens elevation control. The central 360 degree sensor rotates 1 revolution approximately every second at 1Herz, providing instant imagery updates to the panoramic display, monitored by a proprietary PC application used for alarming. The pedestal base positioner features two opposing payload enclosures housing thermal, visual and laser range finder sensors used to assess targets which enter the 360 degree field of view alarming zone.
The tactical thermal sensor package consists of an un-cooled 640x480 pixel Vanadium Oxide (VOx) thermal imager with a 4.0° Horizontal Field of View lens F1.4 Germanium optics (electric focus). The tactical visible sensor features a high performance (standard) 630,000 pixel visual camera system with 36X optical zoom and 12x digital zoom.

A laser range finder sensor allows the operator to laze targets up to 1500 meters. All payload sensors are enclosed within environmentally sealed and heated enclosures to provide a stable environment for the electronics. Each tactical payload enclosure is removable without tools to provide line replaceable capability (LRU) for future expansion. The payload will be mounted on a ruggedized pan and tilt positioning stage with high precision drive components for accuracy. A slip ring will provide continuous 360° azimuth rotation.
The system is controlled through a proprietary electronic interface system operated from the included PC. The application feature user selectable thermal alarming thresholds and a configurable panoramic window. The primary tactical sensors feature thermal/visual image fusion, 12X continuous digital zoom, multi mode picture in picture, and thermal image colorization. The system includes all necessary system interface, power cables, networking hardware and complete support documentation. (System imager color: Sand).
Years of experience developing, testing, and supporting thermal infrared and visual imaging system users for security have demonstrated the professional goal to problem solving.
From idea to conception, the developing and manufacturing of thermal and visual imaging solutions dictates the need to satisfy all operational environments, more often with a unique and customized system.
This is most notably understood among military clients who demand only the best answers to problems unforeseen in the field, but quickly and creatively implemented in the hours of design and production at these very workstations here:
