IMSI Catcher Platforms
These IMSI Catchers are used to discover and monitor mobile identities.
There is more than one type of IMSI Catcher that Law Enforcement can choose when conducting Communications Intelligence operations. There are several platforms that can be utilized to detect, capture, and track mobile identities of suspected criminal and terrorists who use phones.
These platforms are:
- The Stationary IMSI Catcher - an advanced mobile identity grabbing solution for mission critical communications intelligence gathering.
- The Micro Cell Catcher - a small form-factor unit to grab imsi and other identity traits of both targeted and random devices in range.
- The UAV IMSI Catcher - an airborne mobile identity collection solution, retrofitted into a VTOL drone or customized for use in other UAVs.
- The Portable IMSI Catcher - when Law Enforement does not have full access by vehicle, Portable IMSI Catchers are used.
